Hamilton Hots is a pepper sauce that is based on a long time family recipe. I have been spicing up my meals and life with pepper sauce since as long as I can remember. Since my childhood my father was always making pepper sauces with ingredients grown from my grandmothers garden. Its because of this long standing history and tradition of using fresh quality ingredients, taking the time and care to craft something unique and wonderful that has influenced and given rise to Hamilton Hots Scotch Bonnet Pepper Sauce.
I take pride in this sauce and I have spent years crafting it; playing with the ingredients and the methodology. This is my signature pepper sauce and I am happy and excited to share it with you.
